Domestic Orders are FREE SHIPPING1
We ship through USPS.
All orders are shipped with tracking which is e-mailed to the e-mail you provide at checkout. You can track your packages at www.usps.com
RETURN POLICY
Time Frame: Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the date you received your order. Be sure to plan 5-8 days for transit time. Please use a tracking service when shipping back a return.
Terms: Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.
Discounted items will not be accepted as returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable on most orders. Some exceptions do apply and are refunded at our discretion.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless there are circumstances we agree to at our discretion.
If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee OR we reserve the right to send the items back to you.
The Exceptions: Items in the "Clearance" section, anything discounted, hair accessories, earrings are final and cannot be returned.
Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by facebook message within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Refund Type: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit (30 day use) or exchange for same product.
Overview: returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to a 15% restocking fee OR subject to being shipped back to you.
Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.
